As for furnace repairs, the cost have been reasonable when I did not have a contract. Their contract price is also reasonable compared to their competition. Scheduled oil delivery to fill my 300 gallons tank. However only 88 gallons were delivered. The agreed price was changed from from $1.62 to $2.62. My tank is still half full. I believe that this is deliberate price increase without my knowledge. My long term trust on the service is in question.read more

Have been using this company for the last 3-4 years. Never have had any problems, and they deliver when they say they will--and their drivers are always friendly and courteous. I am not an automatic delivery customer, but call for delivery when I need it. I can't fault any oil company for the inability to come immediately out for a one-time delivery just because you ran out of oil in the middle of winter (or before a HUGE snowstorm)--especially if you're not an auto-delivery customer!
