Scheduled oil delivery to fill my 300 gallons tank. However only 88 gallons were delivered. The agreed price was changed from from $1.62 to $2.62. My tank is still half full. I believe that this is deliberate price increase without my knowledge. My long term trust on the service is in question.read more

Parkway service was excellent! We woke up to a cold house and found our furnace not working. We contact them around 7am and our furnace was up and running by 9:45am. Have been using this company for the last 3-4 years. Never have had any problems, and they deliver when they say they will--and their drivers are always friendly and courteous. I am not an automatic delivery customer, but call for delivery when I need it. I can't fault any oil company for the inability to come immediately out for a one-time delivery just because you ran out of oil in the middle of winter (or before a HUGE snowstorm)--especially if you're not an auto-delivery customer! Seriously folks--a lack of planning on your own part doesn't constitute an emergency on anyone else's!read more
